Beijing FarEast Deli Electronic Co., Ltd is a hi-tech company affiliated to Fareast Group. With solid strength and sophisticated technology, the company is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer), which is capable of high-precision surface affixing & assembly. The total floor space of the company is15 thousand sq.m., 1 thousand sq.m. standard workshop and the fixed assets is over 60 million REM. The company has a team of excellent management and skillful technical engineers. With a team of outstanding technical and managerial staffs, as well as well-trained works, the company has ability of strong production technology design and quality guarantee. There are 400 employees of whom 30 staff engaged in specialty engineering technology, 35 staff in specialty quality guarantee, 40 staff in management.
The company introduced into five SMT production lines from Japan, three plug-in lines with double wave soldering, six assembly production testing lines, as well as high cleanse workshop and advanced equipment. Moreover in order to guarantee batch production and testing, the company equipped ultrasonic soldering machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, aging room, and all kinds of advanced testing, analysis, measurement device. All the soldering equipment can realize without lead soldering to adapting technologic development. In order to much better control soldering quality, the company equipped tin ointment thickness testing device, BGA workstation imported from US, X-ray testing device imported from German.
In 2001, ISO9001:2000 version quality management system set up by the company and passed on the spot examination of chamber certification Assessment Services Ltd.We insist on continuous improvement to provide products with high quality and perfect after-selling service for customers.
